It’s not often you get a special audience with the hot favourite the day before a million dollar race.
But thanks to Rothfire’s trainer Rob Heathcote, The Racing League cameras were allowed in for an exclusive preview of Saturday’s Golden Rose at Rosehill Gardens.
Melanie Sharpe, is Rob’s stable manager, in fact, Mel is much more than that, she spends just about every waking moment with Rothfire and she gives us an insight into her love of “Rothie” and how well he’s done since his record breaking run in the Run To The Rose two weeks ago.
