It’s hard to describe ownership, but it’s fair to say owners in The Racing League have certainly had that winning feeling.

Not that ownership is all about winning, but it’s still pretty cool.

In a very short space of time, TRL has had 12 runners to the track for a staggering 14 wins, that’s a strike rate that is clearly the best in the mico-ownership world. In fact, any organisation would be happy boast.

Hot Spring Gold was the latest to add to the tally with a super impressive win last Saturday at Eagle Farm prompting Qld Rogues trainer Chris Munce to say “That win was as good as I’ve seen”.

Munce added, “Will give him a freshen up, will run on the first of October over 1200m which will probably be too short for him but get him ready for a short campaign before targeting some carnival races over the Brisbane Winter”.

For the Vic Husslers Team Captain is set to kick off his Melbourne Cup campaign at Moonee Valley this Saturday, August 20 over 2040m.

Lethal Thoughts won his barrier trial on Monday at Warwick Farm and is set to resume in the Group 3 Up and Coming Stakes at Rosehill on August 27.

While for the NSW Tycoons Luna Rocks has been nominated for the Group 2 Silver Shadow Stakes at Randwick this Saturday August 20 with a final decision to be made on Wednesday morning by trainers Richard and Will Freedman.

Exciting times ahead for TRL owners in all three teams.
