In a major development for owners across all three teams competing in The World’s First Horse Racing League, TRL (The Racing League) has announced it is giving away over $250,000 in cash to owners throughout Season 3 of the league which commenced on Sunday 15th October.

In a game-changing move, owners will have the chance to win over $17,000 every single month based on how their team performs in the League, and for the team that is crowned Season Premiers on 31st October 2024, one owner from that team will win $50,000.

OVER $17,000 TO BE WON EVERY MONTH

Each month, $10,000 is awarded to the team that finishes top of the table for that month. With 1 owner winning the lot or a maximum of 10 owners sharing the pot, a draw determines the number of winners, and who amongst the ownership group claims the pot. For the team finishing 2nd, there’s $5,000 to be won and for the 3rd placed team it’s $2,500.

Owners won’t have to wait long for their first chance to win big, with the first month concluding on November 30th.

HOW IT WORKS

How The Racing League works is simple, you buy a share in one of the 3 state-based teams that are competing in the League, and you immediately own your share of all the horses in that team. 

Every time one of your horses runs and earns prize money, your team earns the equivalent amount of prize money in points on the TRL ladder.

The team that accumulates the most points in the month tops the table and claims the $10,000 cash prize. The team that accumulates the most points throughout the season is crowned Premiers with one owner from the winning team claiming $50,000.

For owners in each team, every single race matters throughout Season 3.

The cost of ownership is $27.50 per month for each share owned, and currently, for a limited time, the Racing League is funding the $260 one-off cost of securing a share in a team.
