Luna Rocks has made a spectacular start to her career and is clearly a filly on the move for the NSW Tycoons.

Trainer’s Richard and Will Freedman are aiming high with Lunar Rocks now being set the prestigious Princess Series over the rich Spring Carnival in Sydney maybe culminating in the Group 1 Golden Rose.

Since entering the stable the Freedmans have always had a big opinion of this regally bred filly who’s only had three 3 starts for 1 win, the narrowest of seconds on debut and a luckless fifth placing in the Listed Woodlands Stakes when she missed the kick and was posted wide the entire journey.

Luna Rocks is a half sister to the 2YO Magic Millions winner Shaquero and was purchased for $360,000 at the 2021 Magic Millions sale.

While the Freedman’s are delighted with what ‘Luna’ has achieved as a 2YO, they have no doubt she will not only be a better 3YO but also an even better 4YO providing years of enjoyment for Tycoons owners.
